Return & Exchange Policy

At God is Love Scarves we take great care in ensuring the quality of our scarves. As such, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is faulty or defective upon arrival.

 

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted for scarves that arrive damaged or faulty.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

 

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at scarvesrme@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the faulty product.

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. A replacement or refund will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
